Where is my code?
Under the silver scratch-off label on the box. It's 12 letters and numbers, like XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
My code says "Scanned X times". Is it fake?
If you checked it before, that's you. If you didn't, someone else may have, which can mean a copied label. After more than 10 scans a code is flagged as a possible fake.
My code says "Not authentic".
Re-type it carefully. If it still fails, the product didn't come from us. Please report where you bought it below.
